Caftan 2015 is coming soon!

Here we are! 2015 will be for us synonymous with novelty Caftan, with the inevitable Caftan 2015 in a few months.

Caftanistas will discover in exclusivity the new trends to follow in oriental fashion, the new pieces that we will wear during our evenings, the new colors not to be missed.

Small belts or large belts?

Pastel or flashy colors?

Printed or plain?

Beaded or sophisticated...

Only a few weeks left before the biggest Moroccan haute couture show!

But first, I want to properly wish you a great 2015.

Don't be afraid to push your dreams a little further, be passionate about what you do, let your adventurous heart out, love your loved ones, take risks, listen to good advice, spread the good around you, be strong and assert your convictions, don't lose the desire to go beyond your limits and above all be happy.

Thank you for following me and still following me via the blog, social networks and your many messages of support that are my fuel day by day.

I hope to be able to meet your expectations again this year and to provide you with little moments of escape through my articles.

Come on... let's stop the sentimentality and get down to business, 2015 will be a year rich in events and creations of all kinds, the old ones confirm their talents and the new stylists are ready to prove all their know-how and make a place for themselves on the increasingly popular catwalks followed by thousands of people around the world.

One of the highlights of this year will obviously be the unmissable Caftan 2015!

The theme "Musically Your

The show of Women of Morocco gives the LA to a show which promises a declension of sonnets worthy of the biggest...

Indeed, this 19th edition will be presented under the theme "Musically your" and will be held on April 11, 2015 at the Palmeraie Ressort in Marrakech.

Music is one of the most widespread arts in the world, it is universal and embodies creativity, representation and communication.

Who has never shed a tear after listening to a moving song (I speak more for us girls 😉 ) or experienced joy, nostalgia, or euphoria...

There are as many emotions and diversity in Music as there are possibilities for our designers to express their creativity.

Through their experiences or simply their musical tastes, we can imagine many ways to embellish and sublimate our National Caftan.

The call to the stylists already gave the tone, for me one of the most successful, we see a hanger now the logo of Caftan 2015, then a musical score whose last letter seems to represent a sewing needle that catches on the fly a red thread ...

All closed with a small text justifying the theme. Like last year, Caftan chose a theme that offers the possibility to extend its creativity through various populations and cultures.

The Stylists of the 2015 edition

The people selected this year and who will have the pleasure to see on the podium are :

13 Senior stylists :

Meriem BelkhayatKacem Sahl, Khadija El Houjouji, Nisrine Ezzaki Bakkali, Siham El Habti, Abdelhanine Raouh, Amal Belcaid, Nabila Chihab, Amina Boussayri, Samira Mhaidi Knouzi, Meryem Boussikouk, Radia Hamouchi and Safae Ibrahimi.

4 Young talents :

Houda and Meriem Kissi, Salima Elboussouni, Nadia Boutaleb, Meriem Bouwafi.

Will these creators choose musical themes according to an era, a population, will they be inspired by known singers, formerly known?

The only thing we can say is that we are impatient to discover how everyone will succeed in interpreting this theme in its own way, we can imagine for example Caftans that we would wear for a Flamenco... olé!

Indeed Meriem Belkhayat had already exposed us a version of it.

We can also imagine Caftans on a background of classical music.

Anyway, see you on May 11 at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech.
