Salam to all, I continue my adventure through the Caftans and I browse for you the various events that highlight our wonderful cultural heritage ...<\/p>\n

That's how I stopped my little globe trotter in a country not so far from us that abounds in Moroccan culture, Belgium, especially through the mythical Brabant street that projects us to Morocco in the blink of an eye.<\/p>\n

So I decided to contact the organizer of one of these events, and between two phone calls, he kindly managed to squeeze me into his schedule for an interview! What a lucky girl ...<\/p>\n

Here is the exclusive info I managed to dig up for you \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The love of our heritage, the love of the Caftan is for many, including me, a real passion.<\/p>\n

It is a desire to share our culture and this unique piece that is the Caftan through various horizons and not only in Morocco as most organizations today.<\/p>\n

It is in this spirit that Nassim Tesoudali<\/strong>president and founder of \"\u00a0Passion for Caftan<\/a>\u00a0\"brings us a breath of air straight from the other side of the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n

Indeed, it is in 2009 that this lover of the Moroccan tradition, launches into the adventure...<\/p>\n

After noticing a real demand for Moroccan handicrafts in Europe, he decided to bring the oriental fashion touch directly to the western side to allow the enthusiast a little moment of escape through Moroccan high fashion.<\/p>\n

You've got it, Passion for Caftan<\/strong> it's a fashion show every year, and it's with a bunch of stylists more talented than the others that it will start its 5th edition in 2013.<\/p>\n

For the blow here no theme will be imposed to the creators, each one leaves free court to its imagination, provided to respect the tradition and the cultural values, then bye bye the short Caftan!<\/p>\n

It is therefore the ideal place to discover Takchitas<\/a> made with all kinds of prestigious fabrics, beads, zouaks, sfifa, and Swarovski strass, a beautiful meeting between fantasy, technique and inspiration.<\/p>\n

Last year, it is with pleasure that we could discover the creations of Amine Mrani, Jamal Daoudi, Ghita Lahlou (GL Couture), Siham Tib, Hassna Mnouar, Meriem Benblieda, Abir Berriah, Amine Serraj and many others.<\/p>\n

This year again on Saturday, May 4th, the 5th edition is likely to be very promising, with the participation of 16 creators including Amine Mrani<\/a>Zahra Yaagoubi, Samir Kerzabi, Najat Yachou and many others.<\/p>\n

The event will have two ambassadors, our national top chef Choumicha<\/a> and Amine Ennaji, Moroccan actor.<\/p>\n

Two types of tickets were put on sale:<\/p>\n

25\u20ac for normal seats<\/p>\n

65\u20ac for the VIP seats (gastronomic dinner included in the room with the stylists of the evening, privileged access with them)<\/p>\n

The parade will start at 7pm at ALM ANTWERPEN, BERCHEM BELGIUM with about 800 places available.<\/p>\n

Please note that Passion for Caftan will take place on the same day as Women of Morocco's Caftan 2013 event<\/a>As I just came back from a trip to Morocco, I don't think I'll be there for May, so I'll try to make a little tour on the side of our friends the Belgians...<\/p>\n
